4. Live Demos, Previews & Prototypes

Every live demo, preview link, prototype, mockup, staging site, design file, wireframe, screen recording and proposal we share — whether shown on this website, in a meeting, or sent privately — is confidential, unpublished work owned exclusively by MAVRO&CO and protected by copyright from the moment it is created.

Access to a demo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and evaluate that work for the sole purpose of deciding whether to engage MAVRO&CO. It grants no ownership and no right to use the work commercially. Specifically, you must not:

• copy, clone, scrape, download, export, or re-host any demo, page, layout, component or source code;
• screenshot, screen-record or share demo links with third parties, including other agencies or developers;
• use any demo, design or copy as a brief, template or reference for another vendor to rebuild;
• remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice or watermark;
• deploy, publish or commercially use any deliverable before it has been paid for in full.

Demo links are time-limited and may be revoked, watermarked, rate-limited or disabled at any time without notice.

5. Ownership Transfers Only on Full Payment

MAVRO&CO retains full legal and beneficial ownership of all intellectual property in every deliverable — including source code, designs, AI agents, prompts, automations, content and assets — until the final invoice for that project has been paid in full and cleared.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final, agreed deliverables transfers to the client, excluding MAVRO&CO's pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries and AI systems, which remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the delivered product.

If a project is cancelled, abandoned or left unpaid, any licence to use the work — including anything already previewed — terminates immediately, and all copies must be deleted. Using unpaid work is copyright infringement and may result in a DMCA takedown, statutory damages and legal costs. We log demo access and retain dated build records as evidence of authorship.

6. Confidentiality

Pricing, proposals, scopes, technical approaches and any non-public material we share with you are confidential. You agree not to disclose them to third parties without our written consent. This obligation survives the end of our engagement.

7. User Obligations

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site in any way that causes damage to the site or impairment of its availability. Unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAVRO&CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
